Neuropsychological Assessment
A comprehensive neuropsychological assessment explores cognitive strengths and challenges to support diagnosis, understanding, management, and rehabilitation. We assess a range of neurodevelopmental and neurological conditions, including learning difficulties, ADHD, intellectual disability, brain injury, dementia, epilepsy, and stroke.
Assessments can guide educational or workplace accommodations, inform NDIS planning, and support the development of therapeutic goals. We provide personalised recommendations to assist with learning, employment, independent living, and long-term wellbeing.
Therapy
Our therapy services address a wide range of mental health and cognitive challenges. We support individuals with anxiety, depression, self-regulation difficulties, attention issues, memory concerns, executive functioning difficulties, social communication and perspective-taking, and intellectual disability.
Therapy is collaborative, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and executive function coaching. Support is also available for parents and carers, where appropriate. Sessions are offered in person or via secure Telehealth.
Telehealth
In addition to in-person services, we offer autism assessments, therapy, and coaching sessions via Telehealth. Elements of other assessments – such as clinical interviews, parent consultations, and feedback sessions – can also be conducted remotely. This option ensures accessible, timely care for clients across metropolitan, regional, and remote locations.
ADHD Assessment & Coaching
We offer thorough ADHD assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. Our ADHD coaching helps individuals understand their unique profile and develop strategies to manage attention, emotional regulation, impulsivity, organisation, and other executive functioning challenges.
We support individuals through key life stages—such as school, tertiary education, and work—aiming to reduce stress and improve wellbeing, as well as personal, academic, vocational, and relationship outcomes.
Autism Assessment
We provide neuroaffirming autism assessments for infants, children, adolescents, and adults, recognising that autism presents differently in each individual. Our process includes clinical interviews, behavioural observations, and other standardised assessment tools, with input from parents, carers, or partners where relevant.
Sally has extensive experience diagnosing autism across the lifespan, with particular expertise in identifying autism in girls and women. Our approach is neuroaffirming, evidence-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect and compassion. We also provide guidance on next steps and support options.
